Clients included GSK, Heinz, Sage, British Council, DFES, Yorkshire Forward, Umbro, Mencap and Novartis.

Key achievement: Swamp at Brahm voted by clients as third best digital agency in the country (Revolution Magazine client survey)

Head of Design and Digital 2000 - 2006

Creating the teams, systems and processes required to enable the growth and success of both departments. Success measured both financially and creatively. Attracting and retaining staff key to ensuring quality work. Dedication to employee engagement through development of agency wide training scheme called University of Brahm, Dedication to new talent acquisition through development of the SH student awards. Clients incuded DWP, British Council, UKTI, DFES, Yorkshire Forward, Yorkshire Water, Doncaster Robin Hood airport, Liverpool airport, St George’s Crypt, Mind The Gap,Jobcentre Plus, Learndirect and Crown. Key achievements include, hitting and surpassing aggressive financial targets; negotiating and overseeing the acquisition of Swamp. Awards won included a Clio, Design Week best report and Accounts 2005, and being exhibited at the design museum as part of a best of British exhibition. Working primarily on large scale drinks clients Matthew Clark and Bass. Overseeing budgets in excess of two million. Development of brand realisation events including Diamond White Ibiza, Caffrey’s Cannes film, Caffrey’s student party, and the Blackthorn pub crawl. Awards won included four ISP awards including one gold for best new product launch plus two silvers and one bronze. Joined as an Account manager and promoted twice.

After graduating I joined Brahm first working in the production department overseeing press ads and later as trafficker for the creative department before moving into account handling.
